We are so excited to have you join our community. Let’s ensure you are all set and ready to make the most of this challenge. This short guide will help you to navigate the app and sculpt out your dream body.

First things first. Do you already have the Fitter app? If not, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the App Store or Google Play on your mobile device.
  2. Download the Fitter app.
  3. Open the app and press the “Login” button.
  4. Enter the email address you used when purchasing the app and your password.
  5. Log in and explore the app!

Download the app

Personalized plan

After you enter the app, you will be able to either explore all workouts available or go straight to your personalized workout plan. You can find it in the “Your Plan” section. It has four weeks’ worth of custom workouts to fit your fitness goals and current physical activity level. Simply choose the first workout of the Current week and press “Start workout.”

Activity tracker

With your Activity tracker, you will be able to track your completed workouts, time spent working out, your progress, and calories burned. The most important thing here is consistency. Show up, do the work, and the results will come.

Progress tracker & calendar

There is no better feeling than looking back and seeing how far you’ve come over the past weeks or months. If you ever feel tired or think of skipping a workout, go to the “Profile” section and see your weight loss progress under the “Current weight” category. You will get motivated instantly.

Step tracker

Sync up Fitter with your phone and track your steps for an additional daily boost. You can find the step tracker under your “Profile” section. Track your progress and make sure you focus on the quality, not the quantity. It’s not necessary to reach 10.000 daily steps. You might benefit more from consistently walking 6.000 steps at a brisk pace.

Water tracker

In your “Profile” section, you will also find a water tracker for an easy and quick review of your daily water intake. It’s essential to keep track of our daily hydration because most of us do not reach the recommended minimum amount of 8-10 glasses of water per day, and even more than that when working out. Drink up!

Explore section

Are you feeling adventurous? Say no more! In the “Explore” section of the Fitter app, you will be able to find new and exciting workouts to spice up your routine. Try out exercises for a particular body area to strengthen your core, upper body, or lower body. Want to go even further? Join a more advanced workout program that helps you tone up your body or get stronger.
